I couldn’t recommend Tor highly enough. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and in some of the hardest moments of my life, Tor has been the ultimate safe space for me to just simply be- without judgement, and with a level of care and compassion that I feel is genuinely unmatched. What makes Tor so special is the person she is. She is incredibly warm, genuine, patient and kind, and you can feel how deeply she cares about the people she supports. I always feel so heard, understood and supported by her, and I always feel like I can show up exactly as I am. There is never any pressure to have the right words, to make sense of everything, or to be anything other than where I am in that moment. Tor always meets me wherever I am with the same warmth, understanding and care. I always know that she is in my corner for whatever life throws my way.

I cannot express my appreciation for Tor. I am so incredibly lucky to have found her and am so grateful for the support she has given me over the years. I have an enormous amount of trust and respect for her, both as a counsellor and as a person, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been seeing Tor for around three and a half years, and she has been truly instrumental in my wellbeing and healing journey. She has helped me understand and work through my trauma in the safest, most supportive environment, while giving me practical tools and guidance that have extended far beyond our appointments. What I love most is her gentle, compassionate approach and the way she makes me feel completely safe, heard and understood. She has supported me through some of life’s most difficult moments, in both childhood trauma and fertility. I’m just incredibly grateful for the impact she has had on my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any girl, lady or woman navigating difficult seasons of life. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with kindness, understanding and genuine care, I couldn’t recommend her enough. I absolutely love her and feel so lucky to have found her. And will be forever grateful for the support she’s given me.
